South Park Home Update
We just purchased our new property close to the South Park Area in Charlotte, NC. This is an amazing home that was built in the 70’s. It comes with a basketball court and a 50,000-gallon swimming pool. We purchased this property for $660,000 in October. In this video, we will explain some of the upgrades that we will be doing on the property.
As we started work on the property, someone in the neighborhood was walking by and saw the construction. So ,we started talking and now we have the house under contract at $1.160,000 ,which will be complete in April of 2018.
